U.S. Domestic Shipping
All items will be processed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays via the United States Postal Service or UPS usually within 2-4 business days. Please make sure the address from your PayPal account is the same as the shipping address. Sage + Peony is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Exchange/ Returns
All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to resolve it within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email info@sageandpeony.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, take photographs of the items in question and shoot us an email within 7 days of delivery.
